## Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using M3utify Pro, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

## Service Description

M3utify Pro is an online service for editing, filtering and exporting playlists in M3U format. Our features include:

-   Upload and analysis of M3U files
-   Filtering and channel selection
-   Merging multiple playlists
-   Checking link availability
-   Export in multiple formats (M3U, JSON, CSV, XSPF)

## User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

-   Providing accurate and up-to-date information
-   Maintaining the security of your password
-   Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
-   All activities performed under your account

## Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

-   Any illegal or unauthorized activity
-   Violating third-party intellectual property rights
-   Attempting to compromise service security
-   Sending unsolicited communications
-   Distributing malicious software

## User Content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and warrant that you have the right to use this content.

M3utify Pro is not responsible for the content of uploaded playlists. We do not verify or endorse the content of streams referenced in M3U files.

## Intellectual Property

The M3utify Pro service, its design, code and original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

## Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, M3utify Pro will not be liable for:

-   Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
-   Loss of data or profits
-   Service interruption

## Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these terms.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and associated data.

## Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Significant modifications will be notified by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

## Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and France.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
